To make this better you need to include more detail about the things that would be in the programme every episode.
Also be really clear about what the purpose of the programme is.
Another thing you could do would be to write in detail about who you think the audience will be. What are the important factors to know about them?
Their age, gender, interests and hobbies? What kind of people are they that watch the show?
Also, Zoe I was thinking, let's see if you can come up with an idea for a new show. Use this as a template.
